We made this video in April 2014 as part of a grant application for funding for our commission of songs set to my poetry and a subsequent recording of song cycles. The wonderful composer Herman Weiss is writing this new cycle to my work SHE.HE (2012).

I am a performer, writer, and visual artist. As a singer with Duo LiveOak, I perform contemporary art song with composer/guitarist Frank Wallace, and solo shows of my own staged dramatic memoirs (with music and masks). My visual art includes photography, painting, maskmaking and graphic design.
